Lesson 1: Introduction to Blender

Introducing children to Blender, the program’s interface, basic controls, tool panels, and navigation. Installing Blender and getting familiar with the interface.

Lesson 2: Basic Modeling Tools

Learning the basic modeling tools, primitive objects, moving, rotating, and scaling. Creating a simple scene using primitives.

Lesson 3: Edit Mode

Introduction to Edit Mode: vertices, edges, faces, extruding. Creating a simple model, such as a house.

Lesson 4: Editing Tools

Learning editing tools like the Knife Tool, Join, and Separate. Creating a more complex object, such as furniture.

Lesson 5: Using Modifiers

Introduction to modifiers such as Subdivision Surface, Mirror, and Array. Creating a more complex model using modifiers.

Lesson 6: Scene Organization

Learning how to organize a scene using layers, collections, and hierarchies. Organizing a complex scene and distributing objects across collections.

Lesson 7: Using References

Learning to use references for modeling, importing reference images, scaling, and positioning. Modeling an object based on a reference.

Lesson 8: Creating a Simple Robot Model

Introduction to various modeling techniques, polygonal modeling based on a reference. Creating a simple robot model.

Lesson 9: Introduction to Texturing

Introduction to the basics of texturing, what textures are, and different types of textures. Adding simple textures to objects.

Lesson 10: Materials and Shaders

Learning how to work with materials and shaders, creating materials, and configuring shaders. Creating simple materials for objects.

Lesson 11: UV Mapping

Introduction to UV mapping, the basics of UV mapping. Unwrapping a simple model onto a UV map.

Lesson 12: Advanced Texturing

Learning how to create complex textures with multiple layers. Texturing a complex model, such as a character.

Lesson 13: Lighting Basics

Introduction to the basics of lighting in Blender, types of lighting, intensity, and color. Setting up lighting for a simple scene.

Lesson 14: Complex Lighting

Learning to set up complex lighting, using multiple light sources, and creating lighting effects. Lighting a complex scene.

Lesson 15: HDRI Lighting

Introduction to using HDRI for lighting, what HDRI is, and setting up HDRI lighting. Using HDRI to light a scene.

Lesson 16: Lighting for Rendering

Preparing a scene for rendering with proper lighting, optimizing lighting for rendering. Setting up lighting for the final render.

Lesson 17: Introduction to Rendering

Introduction to the basics of rendering in Blender, rendering in Eevee and Cycles, and render setup. Rendering a simple scene.

Lesson 18: Camera Setup

Learning how to set up a camera for rendering, camera positioning, and camera parameters. Setting up a camera for rendering a scene.

Lesson 19: Post-Processing Basics

Introduction to post-processing, the basics of compositing, and using nodes. Post-processing an image after rendering.

Lesson 20: Advanced Rendering

Learning advanced rendering techniques, using light groups, and adjusting materials for rendering. Rendering a complex scene with advanced techniques.

Lesson 21: Project 1 (4 Lessons) – Creating a Zombie Character from Pinterest

Creating a zombie character using the techniques learned in previous lessons. The process includes modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.

Lesson 25: Project 1 (4 Lessons) – Creating a Diver Character from Pinterest

Creating a diver character using the techniques learned in previous lessons. The process includes modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.

Lesson 29: Project Completion

Finalizing all started projects, including modeling, texturing, and rendering.

Lesson 30: Preparation for Presentation

Preparing the projects for presentation, final rendering, and file preparation.

Lesson 31: Project Presentation

Presenting completed projects to the class, followed by discussion and analysis.

Lesson 32: Course Conclusion

Reviewing the course outcomes, discussing achievements, and future plans.
